John was great, not charging us for the first call to show us with the first problem was, and was flexible in getting our job worked in early. This was appreciated with all of the extreme cold that I am sure increased their demand. Paul installed the faucet, and the work was done quickly without any problems. J. Mills saved us from a burst pipe during the polar vortex!! The twins (owners) were at our house within an hour and repairs were done within 45 minutes! We were shocked at how fast they worked. They replaced 20ft of pipe even added a shut off valve. We were back in action in no time at a fair price. They were also very polite and tidy. Definitely recommend their services!
